Clarion Pointe Indianapolis Northeast

I have stayed here several times and it's mostly due to the staff. I have NEVER had a problem here and everyone is always super nice. I also live the location! Its almost hidden from the main road but close to any and everything u would need while u are staying. I already have a few more bookings set for the future here. Like I said, staff is always awesome, there is a new guy that started recently. I'm not sure his name but he is from Jamaica, wears headphones around his neck and hair in "twists". I just wanted to recognize him for a min cause I noticed he was new because of my previous stays but he is really nice and has a really good attitude. Defiantly keep him around 💕

I liked that they had daily housekeeping . I first had a 2nd floor room with noisey 3rd floor neighbors right above me but upon request they moved me to the 3rd floor as well . They also had working ice machines on every floor .

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.

It was convenient location as we were going to a concert at the Ruoff and it was about a 15 min drive. Cheaper than staying in Noblesville nights of a concert. It was clean, beds and pillows were actually very comfortable. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Room was perfect for a night stay.

The man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The location was great. Near everything you need. Towels were switched out each day and garbage was removed.
